A Message from POA President Ron Petrick   My objective is to promote communications between the POA and the membership.  I want the membership to feel free to communicate with me or any of the members of the POA Board of Directors. For your reference, we have included in this website the names, telephone numbers, and duties of each of the Directors.               The more that we know what is happening in our community, the better the POA Board can take action to maintain the property values of our homes and land investments in Cassie.               To facilitate communications to and from the membership, the POA Directors is developing a Cassie POA web site. This project was begun during the last couple of years. A short-term goal of your POA Board is to complete this project.  The web site will provide your deed restrictions, rules, and regulations, as well as events and activities of the Board.               The Big Chief RV Park and the Peninsula development have had impacts on our property values, as well as the number of people riding through our community.  As Directors, we will pursue projects that will give our visitors favorable impressions of Cassie. Properties that do not reflect good images need to be cleaned up. Your help as neighbors is needed to maintain a image.               In particular, the sign at the entrance to Cassie (at the south end of the community) needs to be remodeled to reflect the quality of our community. The sign was originally a joint effort between the POA and the Cassie Community Association.  The renovation of the sign can continue to be a joint venture with all the organizations in Cassie. The POA Board will lead the effort for this renovation.               The Cassie POA Board will continue to interpret and enforce the restrictions, rules, and regulations. Your comments and especially your attendance are welcome at all of our regularly scheduled meetings. The Board meets at 6:00 p.m. on the 3rd Thursday of each month at the Cassie Community Center (near the Fire Hall and entrance #6).               I look forward to continue working with you on these and additional efforts to make our great community even better.   Ron Petrick
